Balearics is the Spanish autonomous community with lowest growth

In 2006, the PIB will increase 2.7 per cent according to Hispalink.

According to the report by Hispalink, carried out by 18 Spanish university and sponsored by the chambers of commerce, the Balearic Islands will be the Spanish autonomous community with the lowest economic growth in 2006, 2007 and 2008. The report foresees an increase of the 2.7 per cent increase of the PIB in the Balearics in 2006, 2.5 per cent in 2007 and 2.3 per cent in 2008.
