Investigation Prize about Mercadal and Fornells

To promote, increase and inform about Mercadal and Fornells, the Mercadal Town Council, together with the Institut Menorquí d'Estudis, will give a prize of 1.800 euros for an investigation project with a free topic, as long as it refers to Mercadal or Fornells or their inhabitants (geology, natural science, demography, economy, folklore, history, etc.)

Also two prizes of 150 euros each will be given for two finalists that will be kept in reserve for the next three editions of the prize.

Anyone may compete, either individually or in a group, with no limit to nationality, neighbourhood, or age.

Inscriptions ends at 12 noon on May 17, 2003.
