After the
exhibition
dedicated to Georges Bess, that can still be visited until February
11, the Sa Nostra Cultural Hall in Maó will hold from February 14
to March 7, an exhibition showing the twenty works that have been selected
in the in the "XIII Premi Sant Antoni de Pintura de Menorca", organised
by the
Sa Nostra foundation and the
El Iris weekly newspaper
from Ciutadella.
The show is itinerant and was
first
presented coinciding with the traditional
fiestas
de Sant Antoni on January 16, in the Sa Nostra Cultural Hall in Ciutadella,
where it can still be seen until February 11, and later it will travel
to all the municipalities of the Island.
In the opening of the exhibition, in Ciutadella, the name of the winner,
Alfred Hutchinson, was announced, and also the names of the two other participants
awarded: Óscar Sancho Nin and Josep Moncada.
The entrance to the exhibition is free and the visiting times are Monday
to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, and 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Saturdays
from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m.
