Christmas Programme of the Mao Town Council

The Christmas programme that the Maó Town Council has prepared for this year includes live nativity scenes, Christmas concerts and many other festive proposals. Worth stressing is the annual exhibition by the Pessebristes de Menorca in the exhibition hall of "la Caixa", this year dedicated to Christmas dioramas. The programme also includes the traditional swiming across the port, organised by the Club Natació Maó, on December 26 at noon. And of course the theatre performance "Els pastorells", based on the story of the Birth of Christ, at the Orfeón Mahonés, on December 22, 26 and 29, at 7 p.m.

Llucmaçanes and Sant Climent will also hold several Christmas activities. The most awaited, at least by the children, is the arrival of the Three Kings, on January 5 at Sant Climent and on January 6 at Llucmaçanes.
