On Thursday, December 5, at 8 p.m., the exhibition "Manila 1571-1898.
Occidente en Oriente", organised by
CEDEX-
CEHOPU,
will open in the exhibition hall El Roser. This itinerant exhibition, that
can be visited in Ciutadella until January 4, is a journey in time and
space across some three hundred years in the history of Manila and tells
of its founding in 1571 until 1898. This tale has been drawn up around
the amazingly wide and varied amount of graphic documentation that has
been found in the Spanish archives.
Complete information and images from the exhibition can be found
in
this page by CEHOPU.
