Citizen participation in the environmental diagnosis

The councillor of Territorial Planing and Environment of the Insular Council of Menorca, Maria Lluïsa Dubón, presented on Monday the process of citizen participation that will be held this month to complete the environmental pre diagnosis carried out by three consulting firms. The final diagnosis will be the base of the Local Agenda 21 in the eight Menorcan municipalities.

The programme is: Maó (days 10 and 24), Sant Lluís ( 9 and 23), Es Castell (8 and 22), Alaior (22), Es Mercadal (14 and 15), Es Migjorn Gran (18), Ferreries (17 and 24), and Ciutadella (18 and 25). All the events will take place in the Town Halls of each municipality, except the event programmed on October 24, which will be held at the Claustre del Carme.
