The General Direction of Linguistic Policy of the Balearic Government has programmed three concerts to present the new CD "Atles musical, una llengua de convit", a new record that includes songs from all the different dialects and subdialects of the Catalan language.

The record and the three concerts are part of the programme "Any mossèn Alcover" celebrated this year for the first centenary of the reading of the "Lletra de Convit" by mossèn Alcover  (1862-1932), that took place on November 5, 1900, at the beginning of the elaboration of the Diccionari Català-Valencià-Balear.

The first concert will take place on Friday, December 21, at 9 p.m., at the Teatre de Manacor, with the performances by Suso Rexach, Uc, Josep Tero and Cap on nam; the second will be on December 22, at the Auditori de Cas Serres in Eivissa at 8 p.m., with the groups S'Albaida, Ses Pellofes Radiocatives, Pota Lait and Al Mayurqa; and the third one will be held on January 16. The place and the groups for this last concert are still to be fixed.
