The Wind Park Es Milà is working again

The four aerogenerators will supply some 2,000 homes

Once installed the filters needed to solve the problem of the interferences, affecting basically telephony, the Wind Park Es Mila has started working again. The Park started a trial period in January, but in May, the system had to be stopped.

Situated in the Milà area of the the municipality of Maó park and administered by the Consorcio para la Gestión de Residuos Sólidos Urbanos de Menorca, is made up of four aerogenerators Made (series 800, model AE-59) of 800 Kw. The four aerogenerators will supply some 2,000 homes via the general network of Gesa-Endesa, the company that is buying and distributing electricity produced by the park.
