Menorcans in the Espai in Barcelona

In March, the Espai Mallorca in Barcelona has organised two Menorcan book presentations.

On Thursday 13 at 7.30 p.m. they will present the book "Ja t'ho diré, dos o tres rams de locura" by Esperança Camps, published by Menorca segle XX. The presentation will be by Josep Portella Coll (Councillor for Culture, Education and Sport on the Consell de Menorca) and will have the presence of members of the group Ja t'ho diré.

One week later, on Thursday 20, at the same time, they will present the book "2002, una antologia de joves poetes menorquins", with poems by Guillem Alfocea, Òscar Bagur, Joel Bagur, Sergi Cleofé, Clara Elorduy, Pau Janer, Sílvia Pons, Biel Pons and Tomeu Truyol. The selection and prologue are by Joan F.López Casasnovas and Àngel Mifsud Ciscar. Published by the Institut Menorquí d'Estudis (IME) - Quaderns Xibau of poetry, Number 10. The presentation will be by the professors of Literature Joan F. López Casasnovas and Àngel Mifsud Ciscar, and by Fina Salord (Head of the section for language and literature of the IME). The event will include a reading of poems by the authors.
