Joan Pons and the Balearic Symphonic Orchestra will present "Simon Boccanegra"

The Teatre Principal de Maó will hold this week the Verdi's opera Simon Boccanegra, by the Simfònica de Balears and the baritone Joan Pons. The production is part of the 2002 season by the association Amics de s'Òpera de Maó and it is also included in the Desembre Clàssic cycle, organised by the Department of Culture of the Menorca Insular Council.

There will be three performances: Wednesday 4 at 9 p.m., Friday 6 at 7 p.m. and Sunday 8 at 7 p.m. The tickets cost 100, 80, 60 or 25 euros.
