Jazz Concerts in the church of El Socors

The associations Jazz Obert and AMIC have organised with the support of the Ciutadella Town Council, the Insular Council and other institutions, a programme of concerts called "Quatre fosquets amb Jazz", which are being held in the Església del Socors in Ciutadella.

The programme began on July 18 and will continue today, August 1, with the concert "Orígens del jazz" by a piano and clarinet duet.

Two weeks after, on August 15, there will be a concert called "Música llatina - improvisació" by a piano, electric bass and percussion trio.

The fourth and last concert, "Música clàssica - improvisació", by a piano and violoncello duet, will be held on August 29.

All the performances take place on Thursday and begin at 9 p.m. The tickets cost 6 euros and can be bought in advance at the book shop Punt i Apart and at Azabache.
