Christmas for everyone in Ciutadella

The Councillor for Social Services of the Ciutadella City Council has organised a series of events related to Christmas to make these festivities reach all the members of the public.

The first event is the "Festa Major", that will take place this Friday, December 7, at the Sant Joan sports centre. A party aimed at the pensioners of Ciutadella and above all for those who have less possibility of participating in social events. It will start at 5 p.m. with performances by the Theatrical Group Delfin Serra, by the group Rosa des Vents and the Coral de l'Esplai. There will be a bus service from the Plaça des Born, as from 4 p.m.

The second event is a round table "Un Nadal per a tothom", that will be held on December 14 in the Casino 17 de Gener assembly room, at 8 p.m. with the participation by the psychologist Vicenç Arnaiz, the pedagogue Natàlia Moll, a father Antoni Pons Torres, a grandfather Pau Gorrias Marquès and the children Irene Camps Ortueta and Maite Benejam.

Finally, on December 15 at 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. there will be hot chocolate for children in the plaza de la Catedral (if it's sunny) or in the school playground Salesià (if it rains). During the party a collection of donations will be taken to carry out the campaign "Reis Solidaris".
