Teatre des Born: Programme of activities

The programme of cultural activities of the Teatre des Born for the following days comes full of interesting proposals.

On one hand there are the film screenings of the Cinema Club, organised by Joventuts Musical de Ciutadella, that will take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 8.45 p.m., including the films "Código desconocido" (days 14 and 15) and "Pau i el seu germà" (days 28 and 29).

On the other hand, there is the concert that the Camerata Sa Nostra will offer next Saturday 17th, at 9 p.m.

As for theatre, worth mentioning is the premier, on November 23, of the play "Somni d'una nit d'estiu" by William Shakespeare, a co-production by the Mallorcan company Teatre Educatiu and the Menorcan group La Clota-Groc, directed by Pitus Fernàndez. The play, that will be on during the whole weekend, is part of the programme of the prize "XXVI Premi Born de Teatre", organised by the Cercle Artístic de Ciutadella.

The programme for this 26 edition of the prize "Premi Born de Teatre" will include a second play, within December, also at the Teatre des Born: the presentation of "Si un día me olvidaras", by Raúl Hernández Garrido, the work that won the "Premi Born de Teatre" last year. More over, several speeches and presentations have been programmed, starting netx Friday at the hall Jeroni Marquès of the Cercle Artístic.
