Concerts for the Diada 2001 at the UIB

Next Friday, April 6, for the Diada 2001 of the UIB, all day on the campus there will be a wide variety of cultural and sports activities, including treasure hunts, deepsea diving, 'castellers' human towers, films, games, conferences, dances, theatre, workshops and several exhibitions. At mid day, there will be a grand popular lunch so that participants can spend all day on the campus enjoying the programmed activities.

In the evening, as from 10 p.m. there will be concerts on different stages. In the Guillem Cifre building there will be the groups Neo Tokio, Roñatron, Pedro Trotz, Capsule Corp, Del Sol and Submundo Ameboide; and the sessions by the DJ's Tito Cranc, Pernil Dimoni.... The second stage will be installed in the Ramon Llull building with the La Gran Orquesta Republicana, Super Skunk, Maine and The Nash.

The activities will start at 9 a.m. and there will a bus service until 4 a.m. Saturday.
