Economic reforms and employment have been the focus of the meeting of
the European Council in Stockholm. New employment objectives, deregulation
of the postal services market and an agreement to create a European market
for financial services are some of the results.
Foreign affairs issues were dominated by the visit of the presidents
of Russia and FYROM (Macedonia).
